ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Dr. Basudev Ghosh is currently working as Professor of Physics at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He has a brilliant academic record and has published more than 75 research papers in national and international journals of repute. Also, he has authored a good number of UG and PG level books on physics which have been widely appreciated by the students as well as the teachers. His current area of research is theoretical plasma physics with a special interest in nonlinear quantum relativistic plasmas.
