ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Dr. Nandadulal Bandyopadhay (M.Sc., Ph.D.) was an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Ramananda College, Bishnupur, Bankura, for 8 years, and was also a faculty at Kazi Nazrul University, Bankura and Burdwan University. He taught at the U.G. level for 30 years and at the P.G. level for 4 years. He has a high proficiency in Algebra (Classical and Modern), Real Analysis, Topology, Measure and Integration, Advanced Real and Function Analysis. He has several Research publications and has served as an examiner and question paper setter and also as a member of the Board of Undergraduate Students. Currently, he is retired and lives in Bishnupur, Bankura, West Bengal.
